Rebranding? You need a schedule

Rebranding? You need a schedule. A rebranding project is a bit like building a Lego model. To get the result you want, you need some instructions, so you can do everything in try right order. You need to create a schedule.

When you build a Lego model there lots of individual pieces which, when combined, form the complete model.

But in order to get the model right – to get the outcome you want – you need to put the pieces together in the right order. So they give you a set of instructions, showing each step.

A rebranding project is the same. In order to deliver the project in the most efficient and effective way, you need to complete each task in the right order. To do this you need your own set of instructions – you need to create a project schedule.

Your project schedule should list each task, explaining:
• What needs to be done
• When it need to be done
• Who needs to do it

If you would like to have a chat about how to rebrand your company, it would be great to hear from you.

We’ve been doing this for (almost) 20 years, so we’re always happy to share some of that experience. We make time in our schedule every week for these conversations, so drop us a message and we can arrange something.
